Three members of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic discussed the integrity of the judges and ethical standards in selection procedure of judges

Three members of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic (President Mr. Ján Mazák, Ms. Lucia Berdisová and Mr. Andrej Majerník) took part at the discussion organized by the project team of the Faculty of Political Science and Philosophy of the Comenius University on the 21st of March 2023. The topic of the round table  was integrity assessment and ethical standards in particular stages of the selection procedure of  judges. The invitation was accepted by the large scale of the Slovak experts and representatives of the Slovak judiciary, e.g. representatives of the Ministry of Justice, President of the Specialized Criminal Court, President of the Supreme Court, Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, academicians and H. E. Gabriela Sancisi, Dutch ambassador, and other Dutch experts, who presented their experiences in the selection procedure of  judges in their home country.
